Produce Detailed drawings, Architectural drawings, Working drawings, Civil drawings, Structural drawings
Streamlining effective management of site co-ordination, consultancy drawing co-ordination, architectural and interior designing, presentation drawings, working drawings, detailed drawings of the projects.
Responsible for designing the layout of the project and interfacing with other disciplines to integrate all project elements into unified design for client review and approval.
Reviewing architectural designs and drawings and ensure co-ordination with PMC and contractor for the same.
Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and plumbers, to ensure job success.

Core competencies in coordinating structure and service (MEP) engineering drawings in conformance with Architectural Design, Interior Design and Landscape Design.
Coordinating for approval of specified materials to be used in the construction and applying for buildings supervising on-site construction activities to ensure the operations are carried out smoothly and following-up Detailing works so as to maximize the design output.
Coordinating and recommending solutions best fit for the design to the client and engineers in the areas of concern.
Coordination with Liasoning Architect for statutory approvals and sanctions from the authority
Demonstrated professional excellence in project planning, resource mobilization & deployment to achieve project delivery within defined time & cost parameters Playing critical role in complete project management including analyzing the requirement of the clients and delivering the final product
Formulating plan to ensure effective construction management, including the control of site progress, resolutions of site problems, control of site meetings etc.
Capable in communicating and visualizing concepts (by hand and by computer)
Ability to travel outside Ahmedabad
Desired Candidate:
More than 4 years of professional experience as an Architectural Designer and supervisor and good hands on AutoCAD and Revit.
Decision Making. Technical Competency, People Management, Execution Skills. Senior management cadre, which is expected to provide team leadership.
Good presentation and a pleasant manner and able to work without direct supervision
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and Building industries.
A creative, conceptual and enthusiastic designer with a hands-on attitude
A team player with experience in leading projects and with high communication skills;
Strong design and graphic skills
Ability to work in team as well alone with a professional attitude.
